如何运作

hypo.online 帮助在捷克生活的人判断现在是否值得推进房贷 — 尤其面向外籍、跨国伴侣与自雇者。流程刻意保持简短:给经纪人足够信号,而不是 40 项银行表格。

  1. 1)回答少量关键问题

    通常包括:你要解决什么(购房 vs 再融资)、收入结构(捷克就业、自雇、境外雇主)和大致时间。每屏一个选择,拇指友好。

  2. 2)AI 模型估算审批概率

    后端运行自动评分(当前为规则;未来可接入 LLM)。输出为百分比,表示参考性的“银行友好度”,并非承诺。最终决定永远在银行完成全套材料之后。

  3. 3)你会看到信号灯:绿、黄、红

    绿色通常路径更顺。黄色和红色常意味着更多材料、居留或收入证明 — 但不是“停止”。很多优质案例从黄色开始,经经纪人后变绿。

  4. 4)黄色与红色线索仍会处理

    我们刻意为所有颜色保留联系表单。经纪人在非典型案例中往往最有价值。若你需要人工复核,黄/红也请提交联系。

  5. 5)可选联系 → 持牌房贷经纪人

    姓名、邮箱和电话会转给捷克合作伙伴经纪人。他们会联系你讨论真实银行、利率与材料 — 若可能用你的语言。

Purposes and scope of processing

  • Operating the website and the indicative mortgage check (questionnaire answers used only for the immediate AI-style evaluation and to identify the most suitable licensed mortgage broker for your case — e.g. language, financing goal, or non-standard situations; not stored as a long-term profile).
  • Optional processing of contact details you voluntarily submit so a partner mortgage broker can contact you.
  • Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the controller (accounting, tax, responses to regulators or courts where relevant).

Legal bases (GDPR)

Depending on the situation, we rely on: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)); legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, IT security, or improving the service, where not overridden by your interests (Article 6(1)(f)); and consent where required, e.g. for non-essential cookies or certain marketing analytics (Article 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Data are kept only as long as necessary for the given purpose. Indicative questionnaire data used solely for the live calculation and broker matching are not kept as a permanent customer dossier after the session ends. Contact details provided for broker handoff are kept for the period necessary to respond and to document the relationship, in line with internal policies and law. Technical logs may be kept for a limited security window.

Recipients and processors

Personal data may be disclosed to: partner mortgage brokers where you request contact; IT and hosting providers that process data on documented instructions (processors); and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the EEA

If tools with a non-EEA component are used (e.g. certain cloud or analytics providers), transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and provider documentation. You may request more detail via hello@hypo.online.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and, where applicable, Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. (personal data processing), you may request: access to your data; rectification of inaccurate data; erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where conditions are met; restriction of processing; data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and automated; objection to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based (without affecting prior lawful processing).

Where the service offers a self-service deletion action after you submit a lead, you can use that flow in addition to emailing hello@hypo.online.

Essential cookies may be used to run the site. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only with your consent via the cookie banner or settings where available. You can change browser settings to block cookies, which may limit some features.

Right to lodge a complaint

How data flows in hypo.online (summary)

  • Questionnaire data for the quick check: used only for the immediate evaluation and to identify the most suitable licensed mortgage broker for your specifics (e.g. language, financing goal, enforcement, foreign income, non‑EU residency, and similar); we do not store them after this calculation.
  • Contact data (name, e-mail, phone if provided): used to pass your request to a partner mortgage broker and for related follow-up.
  • Analytics: the questionnaire flow does not ask for or record analytics consent.
  • Deletion: where the product allows, you may request deletion from the result view after submitting contact details; you can always contact hello@hypo.online.
